- Press and hold the button on the top of the printer until you hear one beep and let go.

Note – The ideal 4”x6” shipping labels are 100mm x 150mm.
For Mac:
In the print prompt window, make sure that you have selected 100mm x 150mm or 4″ x 6″ label size.
It may be noted that the application you are using (Adobe Reader) could be over-riding your driver label setting and sending the print in a larger / smaller size to Rollo. In the print prompt, look for “Page Setup” or “Paper Size” and ensure that it is set to the size you want.
QUES 5) What is happening when the red light is flashing?
ANS. The red light is an indication that Rollo has a problem with your label. Rollo most likely needs to relearn your label. Make sure that there are multiple labels available to Rollo and then run the automatic label identification again. Press and hold the top circular button on Rollo until you hear a beep, Rollo will then move the labels back and forth to learn the gap and other label properties.
Now, the red light should stop flashing but if it doesn’t, try turning off the printer using the power switch on the back and then turn it back on.
